The insight I gained from this course has had such an impact on my day to day interactions and most importantly Joy’s sessions have helped me develop a more helpful relationship with myself! Before I started the course I wanted to have a greater understanding of the way I interact with others and learn how to manage more positive relationships. On the course I felt totally at ease with Joy and the other course attendees. I felt stressed and depressed due to a traumatic relationship that had ended. I lost sleep, I couldn’t eat and generally felt very low. I felt guilty for the breakdown of the relationship.
